Failure to maintain and keep in good repair the railroad crossings within the city limits shall subject the person or corporation owning or operating the railroad to a fine and/or penalty. The general penalty provision as provided in Chapter 1.16 shall apply to the enforcement of this chapter. (Ord. 30 § 2, 1972.)
