The Parks and Recreation Director (“Director”) is authorized to establish rules and regulations pertaining to the use of the Community Center and activities therein and thereon. Such rules and regulations may be amended by the Director from time to time. A copy of such rules and regulations shall be available at the office of the Director and Community Center Manager during regular hours of operation. Copies of rules may be posted in conspicuous places around the facility. It shall be unlawful to violate such rules and regulations and any person convicted of violating such shall be deemed guilty of a public offense and subject to the general penalty provisions of Section 1.16.010.
