(A) The City will terminate utility service for nonpayment of utility charges only during the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday. No terminations will be made on a legal holiday or on the day before a legal holiday.

(B) No terminations will be made on a day when the low temperature (as reported by the National Weather Service at its weather forecast office nearest the premises) is below twenty-five (25) degrees Fahrenheit. (Ord. 21-44 § 13, 2021; Ord. 86-15 § 2, 1986.)
