In computing any period of time prescribed by this chapter, the day of the act or event from which the designated period of time begins to run is not included. The last day of the period so computed would be included, unless it is a Saturday, a Sunday or a legal holiday, in which event the period runs until the next day which is not a Saturday, a Sunday or a legal holiday. When the period of time prescribed is less than seven (7) days, intermediate Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays are excluded in the computation. (Ord. 21-44 § 18, 2021; Ord. 86-15 § 2, 1986.)
