That Chapter 13.26 of the Olathe Municipal Code was enacted pursuant to the authority of Charter Ordinance No. 26 of the City of Olathe, Kansas, and Section 5 of Article 12 of the Kansas State Constitution. (Ord. 86-07 § 1, 1986.)
