Subsection 310.4.3 is hereby added to the International Building Code and shall read as follows:

310.4.3 Care facilities within a dwelling in compliance with State laws and licensing programs. Care facilities in a single family dwelling in compliance with State laws and licensing programs are permitted to comply with the International Residential Code for One- and Two-Family Dwellings as adopted by the City in accordance with Chapter 15.04 of the Olathe Municipal Code.
