Subsection N1103.3.5 (R403.3.5) of the International Residential Code for One- and Two-Family Dwellings is hereby amended to read as follows:

N1103.3.5 (R403.3.5) Building cavities (Mandatory). Building framing cavities are permitted to be used as return air ducts or plenums.
