The Planning Commission and Governing Body shall have all powers and duties set forth in K.S.A. 12-744 et seq., as amended, Title 18 of this Code, and such other powers and duties as are now or may hereafter be prescribed by law. (Ord. 15-42 § 1, 2015; Prior Code § 1-805.)
