2.36.010 Definitions.
This section is included in your selections.
Unless the context requires a different meaning, the following words, terms and phrases shall have the meaning ascribed to them in this section:
“City” shall mean the City of Olathe, Kansas.
“Governing Body” shall mean the governing body of the City.
“Library” or “Olathe Public Library” shall mean the public library in the City which serves the general public and is supported in whole or in part with tax money.
“Library Advisory Board” or “Olathe Public Library Advisory Board” shall mean a board appointed by the Mayor with the consent of the Governing Body of the City.
“Mayor” shall mean the Mayor of the City. (Ord. 15-27 § 2, 2015.)
