2.86.010 Definitions.
This section is included in your selections.
As used in this Chapter:
“Bank” means the City of Olathe Land Bank established pursuant to this Chapter.
“Board” means the Board of Trustees of the City of Olathe Land Bank.
“City” means the City of Olathe.
“Governing Body” means the Governing Body of the City.
“Municipality” means any city, county or other political or taxing subdivision which has the power to levy special assessments. (Ord. 10-19 § 1, 2010.)
