(A) The City will provide a solid waste transfer station and composting facility at such locations designated by the City to be used by refuse vehicles owned by the City. Private refuse haulers and individuals may use the solid waste transfer station.

(B) Rules and regulations concerning the hours of operation for disposal at the transfer station and/or composting facility shall be adopted from time to time by the City Manager. (Ord. 21-43 § 11, 2021; Ord. 10-54 § 1, 2010; Ord. 03-72 § 1, 2003; Ord. 94-87 § 2, 1994.)
