7.22.030 Common Consumption Area – Implementation – Rules and Regulations.

The Governing Body hereby authorizes the City Manager or designee to take all reasonably necessary actions, including but not limited to the execution of all documents and instruments to obtain a permit for the DOCCA on behalf of the City, and issue any rules and regulations to implement the provisions of this chapter.
