25-2113. City elections shall be nonpartisan or partisan as determined by the governing body and shall be conducted in accordance with chapter 25 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, and amendments thereto. Laws applicable to elections occurring at the same time as city elections shall apply to city elections to the extent that the same are not in conflict with the provisions of this act.
