Pursuant to the provisions of Sections 12-3014 and 12-3015 of Kansas Statutes Annotated, there is hereby adopted the “Olathe Municipal Code” as published by Book Publishing Company, Seattle, Washington, together with those secondary codes adopted by reference as authorized by K.S.A. Section 12-3015 save and except those portions of the secondary codes as are deleted or modified by the provisions of the “Olathe Municipal Code.” (Ord. 1 § 1, 1972.)
