In every charge of violation of 10.01.033, 10.01.034 and 10.01.035, the complaint, also the summons or notice to appear, shall specify the speed at which the defendant is alleged to have driven, also the speed limit applicable within the district or at the location. (Ord. 01-89 § 2, 2001.)
