The city manager shall appoint pool managers and other employees of the swimming pools. The pool managers shall have general supervision over the swimming pool and over all people attending the same. It shall be their duty to preserve order, to enforce all provisions of this chapter and the rules and regulations of the city and the Kansas State Board of Health, and the pool managers may exclude any person or persons from the pools and there grounds for the violation of these ordinances, such rules and regulations as may be made by the Governing Body of the city, or the Kansas State Board of Health.
