It is unlawful for any person or persons to throw or place in the swimming area, in the water of any municipal pool, any stones, debris, refuse or discarded substances or articles of any kind. It is further unlawful for any person in any manner willfully to pollute the waters of any municipal pool. (Ord. 89-22 § 1, 1989.)
