It shall be unlawful and a violation of this chapter for any person to make any false statements or to willfully misrepresent or misstate any facts or to cause any misrepresentations or misstatement of any facts in the application for any municipal swimming pool identification card, permit or ticket with intent to defraud or induce official action.
