A decision made under this ordinance may be appealed to the Board of Code Review by submitting an appeal request to the City clerk within ten (10) days of the date of the decision. No precise form of appeal is required, but the City shall provide forms to assist those who want to use them. The City clerk upon receiving the appeal report shall schedule the appeal and notify in writing the person taking the appeal, and any other person who asks in writing for notice. In considering the appeal, the board may affirm, modify, extend or overrule the decision in a manner that is consistent with the provisions of this ordinance. All decisions of the board shall be in writing and the decision rendered shall be a final administrative decision. (Ord. 05-125 § 2, 2005; Ord. 86-07 § 1, 1986.)
