13.28.140 Disclaimer of Liability.
This section is included in your selections.
This chapter shall not be construed or interpreted as imposing upon the City of Olathe or its officials or employees:
(A) any liability or responsibility for damages to any property; or
(B) any warranty that any system, installation or portion thereof, that is constructed or repaired under permits and inspections required by this chapter will function properly. (Ord. 90-14 § 1, 1990.)
