13.32.060 Adoption of State of Kansas Construction, Location and Abandonment Regulations.

Water well regulations as specified in the Kansas Statutes Annotated Groundwater Exploration and Protection Act, 82a-1201, et seq., and amendments thereto and Water Well Contractor License; Water Well Construction and Abandonment, Kansas Administrative Regulations 28-30-2, et seq., and amendments thereto shall be incorporated by reference and adopted as regulations for water wells in the corporate limits of the City.
