14.04.140 Interference.

The term “interference” or “interfering” means an inhibition or disruption of the POTW; conveyance of waste in the collection system; its treatment processes or operations; its sludge processes, or sludge disposal which contributes alone or in conjunction with:
(A) A violation of any standards or regulations set by this title, including an increase in the magnitude or duration of a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit violation; or
(B) Violations of any local, state or federal laws, rules or regulations applicable to the method of disposal or use by the City. (Ord. 22-42 § 11, 2022; Ord. 92-22 § 2, 1992; Ord. 84-105 § 1, 1984.)
