“Pollution” means the manmade or man-induced alteration of the chemical, physical, biological and radiological properties of water including changes in temperature, taste, odor, turbidity, or color of the water. (Ord. 22-42 § 18, 2022; Ord. 92-22 § 2, 1992; Ord. 84-105 § 1, 1984.)
