“Sanitary Wastewater” means a combination of water-carried wastes discharging from the sanitary conveniences of dwellings (including apartment houses and hotels), business buildings, institutions and industrial establishments. (Ord. 92-22 § 2, 1992; Ord. 84-105 § 1, 1984.)
