“Storm Sewer” or “Storm Drain” means a pipe or sewer, the purpose of which is to carry storm and surface waters, ground drainage, and street washings, but excludes wastewaters. It may, however, carry cooling waters, water condensates or unpolluted water from any source. (Ord. 92-22 § 2, 1992.)
