“Stormwater” means water resulting from precipitation, which is not absorbed by the soil, evaporated into the atmosphere, or entrapped by ground surface depressions and vegetation and which flows over the surface. (Ord. 22-42 § 27, 2022; Ord. 92-22 § 2, 1992.)
