Section [A] 101.5 is hereby added to the International Mechanical Code and shall read as follows:

[A] 101.5 Administration. The administrative and enforcement provisions for this code shall be those provisions of Chapter 1 of the International Building Code as adopted by the City in accordance with Chapter 15.02 of the Olathe Municipal Code.
