15.12.040 Section [A] 101.6 Added – Administration.

Section [A] 101.6 is hereby added to the International Fuel Gas Code and shall read as follows:
[A] 101.6 Administration. The administrative and enforcement provisions for this Code shall be those provisions of Chapter 1 of the International Building Code as adopted by the City in accordance with Chapter 15.02 of the Olathe Municipal Code.
