Subsection R403.3.2 of the International Energy Conservation Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

R403.3.2 Sealing (Mandatory). Ducts, air handlers, and filter boxes shall be sealed. Joints and seams shall comply with Section M1601.4.1 of the International Residential Code for One- and Two-Family Dwellings, as adopted by the City in accordance with Chapter 15.04 of the Olathe Municipal Code.
