Subsection 321.1.1 is hereby added to the International Swimming Pool and Spa Code and shall read as follows:

321.1.1 Lighting operation. No artificial lighting shall be maintained or operated in connection with any swimming pool herein authorized in such manner as to be a nuisance or annoyance to the neighboring properties.
