Any person, firm, corporation, co-partnership, association or combination thereof seeking any city of Olathe permit required by Title 15, Building Construction shall be required to be licensed by Johnson County, Kansas in accordance with the Contractor Licensing Regulations and Johnson County Resolution 058-01 prior to issuance of a city permit.
