The Fire Code shall be enforced by the Community Risk Reduction Section in the Fire Department of the City of Olathe, which is established and shall be operated under the supervision of the Chief of the Fire Department. (Ord. 19-37 § 3, 2019; Ord. 12-52 § 1, 2012.)
