Section 310.2 of the International Fire Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

310.2 Prohibited areas. Smoking shall be prohibited as set forth in Chapter 6.20 of the Olathe Municipal Code.

Exception: Smoking shall be permitted in approved designated smoking areas as set forth in Chapter 6.20 of the Olathe Municipal Code.
