(A) All newly installed or renovated commercial fire alarm systems must be approved by the Enforcement Official. The certification must indicate the fire alarm system is in compliance with adopted codes. All new or renovated commercial fire alarm systems must be certificated by Underwriters Laboratories.

(B) The owner must have all fire alarm systems inspected and tested in accordance with adopted codes.

(C) The owner must have all fire alarm systems periodically maintained per manufacturer specifications and adopted codes. (Ord. 18-01 § 5, 2018; Ord. 08-80 § 1, 2008.)
