The purpose of this Chapter is to minimize and prevent the Discharge of Pollutants from developed land into the Surface Waters of the City by establishing reasonable requirements for the treatment of Stormwater runoff from new Development and Redevelopment activities, thereby helping to protect and sustain the City’s environmental resources.
