The Mayor and/or City Manager shall have the authority to contact and request the County and/or the Director of the Johnson County Emergency Management and Homeland Security to provide assistance to the City during the course of the disaster. (Ord. 05-40 § 3, 2005; Ord. 96-33 § 2, 1996.)
