(A) Budget. The Governing Body may appropriate a budget for the Commission to provide for necessary expenses and expenditures.

(B) Other Funding. The Commission may solicit, receive and accept, through the Governing Body, City, County, State and Federal funds to effectuate the purposes of this chapter. Such funds shall be subject to annual audit. (Ord. 17-53 § 4, 2017; Ord. 92-37 § 4, 1992; Ord. 941 § 4, 1979.)
