The housing authority of the City of Olathe, Kansas, shall consist of five (5) persons as commissioners to be appointed by the Mayor with the consent of the Governing Body. One (1) commissioner must be a resident of public housing. Commissioners shall be appointed for a term of office of four (4) years except that all vacancies shall be filled for the unexpired term.
