(A) The power to plan, construct, maintain, operate and manage any low-rent housing project or projects of the city;

(B) All other powers conferred on the city by the Municipal Housing Law, as amended, except the powers to execute contracts with an agency of the government, borrow money, issue bonds (as defined in the Municipal Housing Law), and acquire or dispose of real property.
