Unless otherwise permitted as set forth in Section 3.50.170, to the extent any contract entered into by or on behalf of the City of Olathe, Kansas omits any of the contract provisions required by Section 3.50.145, such provisions of Section 3.50.145 will prevail, and the required contract provisions will be read into the contract. To the extent any contract entered into by or on behalf of the City of Olathe, Kansas contains any of the contract provisions barred by Section 3.50.150, such provisions of Section 3.50.150 will prevail and the offending provisions shall be null and void and shall be unenforceable as to the City of Olathe, Kansas.
