3.90.010 Fund Established.

Pursuant to Charter Ordinance No. 30, there is hereby established a Tourism and Convention Promotion Fund. Monies received into such fund shall only be expended for tourism and convention promotion activities. (Ord. 93-88 § 1, 1993.)
