Any business in violation of this chapter shall be fined not less than Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) and not more than Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($750.00) for each offense. Each day that a retailer operates without a valid certificate of registration shall be considered a separate offense. (Ord. 04-61 § 1, 2004.)
