The applicant shall file with the application a certificate of insurance certifying that the applicant has an automobile liability insurance policy insuring passengers and other persons against personal injuries and property damage. The policy shall be in the amount of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($350,000.00) combined single limit, except that the policy for those companies that choose to participate in Olathe’s taxi coupon program shall be in the amount of five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000.00).
