(a) No license shall be granted to any person, firm or corporation until the applicant complies with the requirements of Section 5.24.020 through and including Section 5.24.050 and until the applicant pays a license fee.

(b) Such license fee shall be adopted by the Governing Body of the City by resolution.

(c) All licenses granted under the provisions of this chapter shall be for the period from January 1st until the following December 31. No license shall be granted for a fraction of a year. Renewal licenses shall be issued upon a showing that all the information required by this chapter is current and correct and all other requirements continue to be met.
