Any person, firm, partnership or corporation granted a taxicab license under the provisions of this chapter that chooses to participate in the taxi coupon transportation services program will enter into an agreement with the city entitled “Agreement for Taxi Coupon Transportation Services.” The agreement may be modified from time to time upon the approval of the Governing Body.
