(1) Every taxicab operated on the streets of the city shall be maintained in a clean and serviceable condition and in adequate repair.

(2) Any time the city has probable cause to believe that a vehicle that is licensed by the City of Olathe is not in acceptable mechanical condition and if it is found that an unsafe condition exists, that the condition be corrected.
