Any person operating as a Mobile Food Vendor in violation of this Chapter shall be charged with an Unclassified Public Offense in accordance with Chapter 9.18 of the Olathe Municipal Code and may be requested by the Chief of Police or designee or other public officer charged by the City Manager with enforcement of this Chapter to leave the premises on which they are conducting business.
