Any license issued pursuant to this Chapter shall be subject to revocation for violation of any provision of this Chapter or any applicable local, state or federal law, statute, ordinance, rule or regulation. If the underlying zoning approval upon which a license is based is revoked or otherwise terminated, the license will also be simultaneously revoked. Any person violating any provision of this Chapter, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) or shall be imprisoned for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days, or shall be both fined and imprisoned. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. (Ord. 16-24 § 2, 2016.)
