Any person or entity violating any provision of this chapter, upon conviction, will be punished by a fine of not less than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) or more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00). Each day that any violation occurs or continues constitutes a separate offense. (Ord. 18-02 § 13, 2018.)
