The city, under the authority of Kansas Statutes Annotated 12-1617e, is hereby authorized to provide for and require the removal and abatement of any and all nuisances, garbage and inoperable vehicles on lots or parcels of ground within the city. (Ord. 90-21 § 2, 1990; Ord. 80-59 § 2 (part), 1980.)
